• Encourage Diversity through cultural diversity awareness events and programs
  
  
• Provide public Education about human relations issues through our InFocus cable shows, newsletters, press releases, and electronic medi.a
  
  
• Provide government officials with Fact-Finding about prevalent human relations issues in Cincinnati through community needs assessment tools such as surveys, public forums, and working with community councils
  
  
• Promote Equality for all groups, such as through Unity Rallies to stand up against messages or demonstrations of hate
  
  
• Provide Mediation for conflicts and resolutions for complaints, in response to calls and visitors to our office
