Community Outreach Advocate, Valarie Dowell, attended the 2nd Annual Conference for The National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs, “Putting Care in the Center” in Los Angeles, California on November 15-17.
The National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs aims to improve well-being for individuals with complex medial, behavioral and social needs. It works to coalesce a new field of care by bringing together a broad range of clinicians, researchers, policymakers and consumers. The goal is to develop best practices, inform policy, and foster engagement and accessible communities to develop this work and teach it to others.
